About the Company
Environmental Closures, Inc. was formed in 1994 to assist claimants with filing Claim Applications and Reimbursement Request Forms with supporting documentation with the California Underground Storage Tank Cleanup Fund (“Tank Fund”).
From the application process to site closure, Environmental Closures, Inc. will work with you, assisting you with your eligibility for the Tank Fund and to insure that the maximum amount is reimbursed to you by the Tank Fund during the site cleanup process.
The Tank Fund Regulatory Technical Assistant program will reimburse you up to $3,000 for eligible tank fund costs, i.e., assistance with preparing the Claim Application, Reimbursement Requests, etc.
Environmental Closures, Inc., will also work with your environmental lawyers, technical consultants, or can suggest these professionals in your area to help you evaluate various legal issues with respect to your site.
