Consulting Services
Environmental Closures, Inc. provides the following services:

Tank Fund Application Assistance Obtains support information, prepares a Cleanup Fund Application in accordance with the guidelines and regulations of the Underground Storage Tank Cleanup Fund, and submits the Claim Application to the Tank Fund for processing. |

Reimbursement Requests Obtains support information, prepares reimbursement requests documents in accordance with the guidelines and regulations of the Tank Fund, and submits the reimbursement requests to the Tank Fund. |

Assistance with Procurement Requirements Even though formal Pre-Approval Requests have been suspended (except in some circumstances) by the Tank Fund, consultant proposals, bids, cost estimates, and support information should always be requested from the consultant and/or contractor. Environmental Closures would assist claimant with these proposals, bids, cost estimates, and supporting information. |

Site Eligibility Evaluation Obtains and reviews information as to whether or not claimant=s site is or could be Tank Fund eligible in accordance with the guidelines and regulations of the Tank Fund. |

Investigation Performs non-consultant investigation services. |
Although Environmental Closures makes no guarantee that your UST Cleanup Fund Claim Application will be accepted by the Tank Fund, but we will make every effort to assist the Tank Fund with all the information and documentation they will need to make their determination.
Environmental Closures, Inc. uses a proven method to investigate Tank Fund eligibility, and will use every effort to make sites that are presently ineligible for technical reasons, eligible for the Tank Fund, and then to insure the highest amount of return by the Tank Fund.
Environmental Closures, Inc. manages your consultants in order that the Tank Fund is provided with all the information and documents that are required to make a complete reimbursement.
TANK FUND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE - EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENT GUIDELINES
- Investigate:
Investigate, if necessary, Tank Fund eligibility, and to assess the claimant and obtain eligibility if presently not eligible.
- Preparation of Tank Fund Claim:
Completion of UST Cleanup Fund Application and obtain support information, submission of claim.
- Reimbursement Requests:
- Track and review invoices, proof of payment, etc.
- Prepare spreadsheets, reimbursement request form;
- Provide Technical documents;
- Consolidate documents and preparing supporting forms; and
- Other relating matters
- Assistance with Procurement Requirements
- Prepare and request proposals;
- Evaluation of bids;
- Provide bids to Tank Fund;
- Pre-Approval Requests, if circumstances warrant; and
- Other relating matters
